It occupies an area of 72 sqm. Its facilities include living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its huge veranda offers majestic views in the olive groves and in the gulf. It can entertain 4 adults and 1-2 children.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Residence 5

Under the shade of pines, on the beachfront, it occupies an area of 90 sqm. Its facilities include living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its huge veranda offers majestic views in the olive groves and in the gulf. It can entertain 4 individuals.
 

 

 

 

 

Villa

The largest residence of Elaionas Nikou occupies an area of 160 sqm. 30m. from the sea, with two large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room with fireplace, office. Its huge veranda offers majestic views in the olive groves and in the gulf. It can entertain 4 individuals and 1-2 children.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All kitchens are equipped with:

• 4 cooking plates,
• cooking facilities,
• crockery, coffee-pot, blender, toaster, kettle, cooker-hood,
• refrigerator, etc
  (in addition to those, the villa has a freezer, microwave-oven, dishwasher)
• In all kitchens you will find our exceptional organic olive oil of the property and its aromatic plants of oregano and rosemary.

All luxurious bathrooms are equipped with hair-dryers and socket for appliances (in addition to those, the villa has a washing machine as well).
All the residences are equipped with ironing facilities, TV, DVD (the villa with Hi-Fi as well).
Change of linen and cleaning of properties is done every two days (daily linen change and cleaning after arrangement).
